Laundry Handoffs for Airbnb Cleaning Teams in Three Rivers

Airbnb cleaning teams in Three Rivers should not need a long message thread—or another laundry run—to hand over used linens. Bubbles & Bleach offers Airbnb laundry service with free pickup and delivery every day in Three Rivers. A short checklist keeps the handoff clear while our service helps move washing, drying, and folding off your cleaners’ list.

The goal is a handoff a cleaner can complete during an ordinary turnover. Clear information helps your crew move on to the property work while the used linens enter the service routine.

Before the items leave the property

• Identify the property using your agreed name or code.
• Count items by useful category, such as bed size and towel type.
• Check pockets and remove guest belongings or unrelated objects.
• Note visible damage, unusual stains, or items requiring a service decision.
• Follow our agreed preparation, container, and labeling instructions.

Keep notes specific. “One queen fitted sheet has a torn corner” is more useful than “some bedding looks bad.” Report an issue without promising that a stain or damaged item can be corrected.

Record the handoff once

Use one shared record showing the property, date, item counts, person responsible, and next agreed step. It can be a simple form or spreadsheet. Choose something your team will actually update during a busy turnover.

Avoid duplicating the same information in several chat threads. When a count changes or someone adds an item, update the main record so the next person sees the current version.

Make care instructions visible

Flag unusual fabrics or owner-specific requirements when you speak with our team, and confirm accepted items and handling. Put the agreed instructions into the checklist so the person covering the next clean has the same information.

If your team cannot identify an item or its requirements, pause that item's handoff and clarify the instructions rather than guessing.

Close the loop when clean items return

Assign someone to compare the returned quantity with the record, note any question promptly, and update available stock. Put complete sets into their designated storage spaces so the next cleaner can find them.
